Why You'll Love It
Say G'day to the delicious and irreplaceable Punt e Mes. Birthed in 1870 by Antonia Benedetto Carpano, Punt e Mes was created as a lighter alternative to the robust table wines found in Italy at the time. Think of this as the very first commercially produced vermouth. Tasting a bit like dry white wine but pimped up with different herbs and spices, the taste is bittersweet: lots of syrupy, honey notes and a bunch of stewed fruit and spices. You can drink this on the rocks with a splash of soda or glam it up in a Manhattan or Americano. The choice is yours.
