What a weird one. We love it. Gentian roots are macerated in grape alcohol (grappa, pisco, C'roc, whatever you want to call it), then all distilled twice before further maceration in secret herbs and spices before ageing in seasoned barrels for 18 months. It is bold, it is complex, it is a fantastic bright yellow colour. It is a very professional twist anytime we call for an Amaro like Campari or Aperol.
